1. On 30 November 2018, an application for putting CRAWFORD ULTIMATE SOLUTIONS LIMITED (trading as Outdoor Powersports) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2018-404-2672. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 8 March 2019 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
