This document notifies you that:

1. On 10 April 2019, an application for putting TOTARA DAIRIES LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Timaru. Its reference number is CIV-2019-476-13. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Timaru on Monday 8 July 2019 at 11.00am.
