This document notifies you that:

1. On 8 April 2019, an application for putting MURPHY BROTHERS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Christchurch. Its reference number is CIV-2019-409-168. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Christchurch on Thursday 30 May 2019 at 10.00am.
