This document notifies you that:

1. On 1 April 2019, an application for putting STAR ASSET MANAGEMENT LIMITED (formerly XTREMESYSTEM WELLINGTON LIMITED) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Wellington. Its reference number is CIV-2019-485-187. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Wellington on 21 May 2019 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
