This document notifies you that:

1. On 7 March 2019, an application for putting GERMAN-NEW ZEALAND TRANSFER LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Nelson. Its reference number is CIV-2019-442-17. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Nelson on 9 May 2019 at 11.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
