In accordance with section 45 of the Takeovers Act 1993, the Takeovers Panel on 11 October 2019 approved the granting of the exemption contained in the Takeovers Code (Vector Limited) Exemption Notice 2019.

The exemption takes effect on Tuesday 5 November 2019.
