On 24 October 2019, pursuant to section 84 of the Telecommunications Act 2001, the Commerce Commission prepared a draft liability allocation determination for the telecommunications development levy for the period 1 July 2018 to 30 June 2019.

The closing date for submissions on the draft determination is 7 November 2019 at 5.00pm.
