On 15 October 2019, the Electoral Commission determined under Part 4 of the Electoral Act 1993 to change the abbreviated party name of the New Zealand Democratic Party for Social Credit from “Democrats for Social Credit” to “Social Credit”.

On 15 October 2019, the Electoral Commission also determined under Part 4 of the Electoral Act 1993 to register a substitute party logo for the New Zealand Democratic Party for Social Credit.

The registered party logo can be viewed at www.elections.nz.
