In accordance with section 220 of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, I, Tony Hetherington, give notice that I have exempted L’Oreal New Zealand Limited from compliance with Regulation 11.30 of the Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017.

This exemption takes effect on 1 October 2019 and expires on 1 October 2024 unless it is replaced sooner or revoked.

The exemption, including the conditions of the exemption and the reasons for granting it, may be viewed at www.worksafe.govt.nz/worksafe/hswa/exemptions-under-hswa.
