Pursuant to section 51 of the Legislation Act 2012, I, Nicole Rosie, Chief Executive, WorkSafe New Zealand, give notice that it is proposed that the standards listed in the table are incorporated into the proposed safe work instruments listed in the table for the purposes of the Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017.

The following table sets out which standards are proposed for incorporation, the proposed safe work instruments in which they are proposed to be incorporated, and the internet site addresses where the standards can be purchased or accessed:

The proposed safe work instruments that propose to incorporate the standards listed in the table are undergoing public consultation from Friday 7 June 2019 until Friday 5 July 2019. People can provide comment on the proposed standards for incorporation as part of the public consultation process.
