In accordance with section 220 of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, I, Tony Hetherington, give notice that I have exempted New Zealand Pharmaceuticals Limited for the biochem facility at 68 Weld Road, Linton, Palmerston North, from compliance with Regulations 11.36 and 11.37 of the Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017.

This exemption takes effect on 29 May 2019 and expires on 29 May 2024 unless it is replaced sooner or revoked.
