In accordance with section 220 of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, I, Nicole Rosie, give notice that I have exempted Logical Freight Solutions Limited from compliance with Regulation 10.28 of the Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017 for the storage of limited quantities of class 4 flammable solids at its warehouse at 113 Pavilion Drive, Airport Oaks, Auckland.

This exemption takes effect on 20 May 2019 and expires on 20 May 2024 unless it is replaced sooner or revoked.
