Notice of Exemptions from Maritime Rules and/or Marine Protection Rules

Pursuant to sections 47(3) and 395(3) of the Maritime Transport Act 1994, the Director of Maritime New Zealand hereby notifies the granting of the following exemptions from the Maritime Rules and/or Marine Protection Rules during the period 28 March 2019 to 9 May 2019 inclusive:
