Pursuant to section 331 of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013, the Financial Markets Authority on 19 December 2018 approved rule changes for the licensed markets operated by NZX Limited, as contained in the notices Financial Markets Conduct (NZX NZ Market Disciplinary Tribunal Rules) Approval of Rule Change Notice 2018, Financial Markets Conduct (NZX Participant Rules) Approval of Rule Change Notice 2018, and Financial Markets Conduct (NZX Derivatives Market Rules) Approval of Rule Change Notice 2018. The following rules provided to the Financial Markets Authority for approval on 13 November 2018 have been approved:

1. NZX NZ Market Disciplinary Tribunal Rules;
2. NZX Participant Rules; and
3. NZX Derivatives Market Rules.

The approved rule changes will come into effect on a date to be determined by NZX.
