In accordance with section 34(2) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, notice is hereby given that the Associate Minister of Transport signed the following ordinary Civil Aviation Rules as part of ICAO Alignment on 7 April 2019 which will come into force on 10 May 2019:

Part 91 General Operating Rules, Amendment 31

Part 121 Air Operations – Large Aeroplanes, Amendment 31

Part 125 Air Operations – Medium Aeroplanes, Amendment 23

Par 129 Foreign Air Transport Operator – Certification, Amendment 9

Part 135 Air Operations – Helicopters and Small Aeroplanes, Amendment 24
