Pursuant to section 331 of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013, the Financial Markets Authority on 3 April 2019 approved rule changes for the licensed markets operated by NZX, as contained in the notice Financial Markets Conduct (NZX Listing Rules) Approval of Rule Change Notice 2019 – Dividend Reinvestment Plan Timetable.

Amendments to the following rules have been approved:

(1) The NZX Listing Rules dated 1 January 2019.

The approved rule changes will come into effect from 1 January 2020 or such other date to be determined by NZX.
