Notice of Continuance of Receivership

Notice given on 19 February 2019 that “pursuant to section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993, that as from 19 February 2019, I, Damien Grant, from Waterstone Insolvency, have ceased to act as receiver for Angela Maree De Gouw, Jeremy Frank De Gouw” was made in error in the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 20 February 2019, Notice No. 2019-ar799.

Notice is hereby given that I, Damien Grant from Waterstone Insolvency, am still acting as receiver for the above-named individuals.
