Notice of Ceasing to Act as Receiver

Pursuant to Section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that as from the date below we, Paul Thomas Manning and Kenneth Peter Brown, have ceased to act as joint receivers and managers of S.G.L. HOLDINGS LIMITED (trading as Paper Plus Feilding) (in receivership).
