Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both CAANZ accredited insolvency practitioners, were appointed as joint and several receivers of the above-named company on 19 February 2019 under the powers contained in agreements dated 5 February 2018 and 30 May 2018 and in a general security agreement dated 18 February 2019 which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the company.
