Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993 that on 5 December 2019 at 9.55am, Tony Leonard Maginness and Jared Waiata Booth, CAANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the above-named company pursuant to a general security deed registered on 23 July 2019.

The property in receivership is all of the present and after-acquired property (including personal and non-personal property).
