We, Neale Jackson, Brendon James Gibson and Grant Robert Graham, accredited insolvency practitioners, hereby give notice that on 4 December 2019 we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the assets and undertakings of CLAYMARK GROUP HOLDINGS LIMITED pursuant to a general security agreement dated 31 March 2016; CLAYMARK LIMITED, CLAYMARK ASSETS LIMITED, CLAYMARK INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, CLAYMARK EUROPE LIMITED, CLAYMARK US LIMITED and CLAYMARK GROUP TRUSTEE LIMITED pursuant to general security agreements dated 17 December 2015; and PROFILES WOODPRODUCTS LIMITED pursuant to a general security agreement dated 19 December 2012.

Short Description of Property Charged Under the General Security Agreements: All the assets and undertakings of the companies.
