Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Notice is hereby given that on 27 November 2019 Andrew John Grenfell and Conor John McElhinney, chartered accountants and accredited insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of H INFRASTRUCTURE LIMITED (in receivership) under the powers contained in a group security agreement dated 6 August 2013.

The receivers have been appointed in respect of all of the company’s present and after-acquired personal property as prescribed in financing statement F409DU1S5R71M269/10.

The Office of the Receivers is at: McGrathNicol, Level 17, AIG Building, 41 Shortland Street, Auckland.
