Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

We, Brendon James Gibson and Neale Jackson, accredited insolvency practitioners, hereby give notice that on 10 October 2019 we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of certain assets and undertaking of the company pursuant to a general security agreement dated 1 February 2017.

Short Description of Property Charged Under the General Security Agreement: Certain assets and undertaking of the company which it holds as trustee of The Fishbowl Trust, including any right of indemnification.
