Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both CA ANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed as joint and several receivers of the above-named company on 17 October 2019 under the powers contained in a loan agreement dated 27 August 2019 which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the company.
