Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that, on 17 January 2019, Iain Bruce Shephard and Jessica Jane Kellow, both RITANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners of BDO Wellington, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the company under the terms of a general security agreement dated 13 September 2017. The property in receivership is “All Present and After Acquired Personal Property”.
