Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both CA ANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed as joint and several receivers of the above-named company on 28 August 2019, under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated on or around 21 June 2019, which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the company.
