Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

We advise that on 24 January 2019, Peri Micaela Finnigan and Colin Sanderson, accredited insolvency practitioners, of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of ROCKSAY LIMITED under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated 1 December 2016, which property consists of all present and after-acquired personal property of the company.
