Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both CA ANZ accredited insolvency practitioners, were appointed as joint and several receivers of the above-named company on 29 July 2019 under the powers contained in a general security deed dated 31 August 2016 which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the company.
