Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that, on 21 June 2019, Iain Bruce Shephard and Colin Anthony Latham Gower, RITANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners of BDO Wellington and BDO Christchurch, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the companies under the terms of general security agreements dated 3 December 2014. The property in receivership is “All Present and After Acquired Personal Property”.
