Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, that on 16 January 2019, Damien Mitchell Grant was appointed receiver of all of the property of the above-named companies acting under powers conferred under the general security agreement dated 4 October 2018.
