Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

On 7 May 2019, Iain McLennan and Peri Micaela Finnigan, accredited insolvency practitioners, of Auckland, were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of Jing Xia under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated 18 October 2018, being all of the debtor’s present and after-acquired personal property, and all of the debtor’s present and future rights in relation to any personal property (whether situated in New Zealand or elsewhere), in each case to which the Personal Property Securities Act 1999 applies.
