Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that, on 16 April 2019, David Sean Webb and Vivien Judith Madsen-Ries, RITANZ accredited insolvency practitioners, were appointed as receivers and managers of the company’s bank account held with ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited and all funds held in such account, under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated 13 July 2016.

The Offices of the Receivers and Managers are: Deloitte, Level 18, Deloitte Centre, 80 Queen Street, Auckland 1010.
