Notice of Resignation

Pursuant to Section 11(4)(a) and (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Take notice that on 26 April 2019 Stephen John Tubbs vacated office by resigning as joint receiver and manager of the above-named company.

Take further notice that Brian Mayo-Smith remains as sole receiver and manager of all present and after acquired property of XSAS LIMITED (in receivership).
