Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on 4 April 2019, Andrew McKay and Andrew Bethell, both chartered accountants and CAANZ accredited insolvency practitioners of BDO Auckland, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the collateral of the company under the terms of a general security agreement (GSA) dated 10 December 2018. The property in receivership is all of the company’s rights, titles and interest (present and future, legal and equitable) in to, under, or derived from the collateral described therein and in respect to property charged by, or subject to a security pursuant to, the GSA, with all the powers conferred by, and subject to the terms and conditions of, the GSA and by law.
