Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Nicholas Hayes was appointed liquidator of ESSAM & WISSAM LIMITED (in liquidation) by special resolution of the shareholders on 26 February 2019 at 3.00pm.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 5 April 2019 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
