Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidator

Damien Grant, insolvency practitioner, was appointed replacement liquidator of the above-named company on 29 November 2018 at 3.30pm, pursuant to section 243(6) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), at the meeting of creditors held for the company on 29 November 2018.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

This replaces the previous liquidator Pritesh Patel, of Patel & Co, who was appointed by special resolution of shareholders on 23 October 2018.
