Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, accredited insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of the above-named company, pursuant to section 241(2)(d) of the Companies Act 1993, by way of a resolution passed by creditors at the watershed meeting on 26 February 2019 at 11.04am.

The liquidator fixes 28 March 2019 as the last day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
