Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Imran Mohammed Kamal, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, was appointed liquidator of WAIPUNA DAIRY PLUS NZ LIMITED by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), on 22 February 2019 at 10.56am.

I fix 2 April 2019 for the creditors to put forward their claims to the liquidator.
