Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Thomas Lee Rodewald was appointed liquidator of HUNTLY GENERAL CARRIERS LIMITED on 24 February 2019 at 12.00pm.

We fix 24 April 2018 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority
