Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Take notice that QUEENS FLAT DAIRY FARM LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 20 February 2019 to be put into liquidation.

Paul William Gerrard (Gus) Jenkins and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.

The liquidation commenced on 20 February 2019 at 9.00am, and creditors may make enquiries to the liquidators whose address is c/- Insolvency Management Limited, PO Box 1058, Dunedin 9054.
