Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Imran Mohammed Kamal, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, was appointed liquidator of PMR HOLDINGS LIMITED by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), on 21 February 2019 at 10.25am.

I fix 31 March 2019 for the creditors to put forward their claims to the liquidator.
