Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

On 20 December 2018 it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named companies be liquidated and that Heath Leslie Gair, of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidations commenced at 10.00am on 21 December 2018.

The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 25 January 2019.
