Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Take notice that I, C. A. Johnson of Auckland, insolvency practitioner, have been appointed liquidator of BASTION LIMITED (in liquidation) in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993. The liquidation commenced on 21 February 2019 at 8.00am.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is hereby given that the liquidator fixes 1 April 2019 before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
