Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Thomas Lee Rodewald and Steven Khov, CAANZ accredited insolvency practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of POPPY THAI PARTNERSHIPS LIMITED (in liquidation) on 20 February 2019 at 6.30pm.

We fix 20 March 2019 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
