Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Marcus McMillan and John Fisk, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Wellington pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 19 February 2019 at the times stated below:

• WHANAU BUILDERS LIMITED (formerly CIR BUILDING SERVICES 2016 LIMITED) (in liquidation) at 10.30am.
• THE SEATING COMPANY LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.34am.

We fix 31 March 2019 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
