Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Following the director of the above-named company filing a resolution at the Companies Office, pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, stating that on appointment of liquidators the company would be able to pay its debts, Simon Paul Rogan, of Auckland, has been appointed liquidator of the company by special resolution of shareholders.

The liquidation commenced on 13 February 2019 at 1.30pm.

The undersigned does hereby fix 22 March 2019 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or from objecting to the distribution.
