Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice of Creditors to Claim

RCM GROUP HOLDINGS LIMITED (“company”) was put into liquidation at the High Court at Invercargill, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 7 February 2019 at 12.17pm.

The order to appoint the Official Assignee as liquidator has been recalled due to an error and by that same order Rhys Cain, of Christchurch, and Rees Logan, of Auckland, both RITANZ Insolvency Practitioners, accredited by Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand were appointed liquidators.

We fix 7 April 2019 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
