ARDMORE CAFE LIMITED (in liquidation)
On 30 January 2019, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that ARDMORE CAFE LIMITED be liquidated and that Joon Youl Seo, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose. The liquidation commenced on 30 January 2019 at 3.00pm.
