Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of VENTI INNOVATIONS NZ LP (in liquidation) commenced on 5 February 2019 at 7.45pm when the partners passed a resolution appointing Murray G. Allott, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioner (NZ), as liquidator in accordance with section 88(1) of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator will dispense with the meeting of creditors in order to keep costs to a minimum and maximize potential returns to creditors.
