Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

The Companies Act 1993

On 19 December 2018 at 12.00pm it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to paragraph 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that BROADWAY 182 LIMITED be liquidated and that Carolyn Lee Jackson of New Plymouth, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 19 December 2018.
